The purpose of this PROGRAM is to facilitate the diffusion of quantitative electron microscopy technique by using software developed by HREM Research Inc. For this purpose we will provide our software to the electron microscope facility with a substantial discount from the list price.

The facility can use the software obtained through this program for their own research project, but shall expend the maximum effort to expose the software to the outside users.

If your electron microscope facility has substantial number of outside users, we would like to encourage you to contact us for the details of this program.
