DeConvHAADF rectifies a STEM-HAADF image by eliminating a spread of probe due to spherical aberration and/or a limited aperture (diffraction aberration) of the probe forming lens, and thus improves image resolution.
DeConvHAADF uses a Maximum Entropy Method or the Richardson-Lucy Algorithm
