A new command, Fringe spacing, has been implemented. GPA measures the strain relative to a reference lattice, which sometimes causes confusion. For example, in a SiGe layer grown in perfect epitaxy on Si, compression occurs parallel to the interface, yet the strain is displayed as zero. The new command displays the interplanar spacing of the corresponding spot, so you can compare it with the interplanar spacing of the bulk.
Now, the Repeat Project has been enhanced by including Fringe spacing.
2. QPt v5.1
The Field Filter Setup functionality has been enhanced. Now, Apply button has been added, which enables you to check the settings on the spot. Additionally, the current settings can now be applied to the next Field Filter.
