Basis of the Jitterbug, namely peak detection (Identify Peaks), has been improved by using a rectangular ROI.
2. xHREM v5.3.1
When the data size is 64MB or more, the ImageBMP gives a distorted image. This release has fixed this problem. We plan to release an OpenCL-compatible STEM extension early next year. The user who has GPGPUs other than NVIDIA should stay tuned.
