1.QED V2.0 – ALCHEMI mode
ALCHEMI (Atom Location by Channeling-Enhanced Microanalysis) is a useful technique for studying substitutional atoms (dopants) in crystals. The ALCHEMI mode implemented in QED v2.0 enables ALCHEMI in nm-order regions. The current QED users can use the ALCHEMI mode without updating the license.
