1.DeConvEELS/SI module v4.0
The capability of deconvolution continuation has been improved
(Continue command), the ability to save and display intermediate
processing results has been added (Show Log command), and
the ability to display the processing results of each spectrum has
been added for the SI Module(Extract Log command).
This is a must-have update for DeConvEELS users.
