Most of the samples, as well as the electromagnetic field, act as phase objects to the electron beam. However, the phase cannot be measured directly. Electron holography measure the phase of the electron wave using an electron bi-prism. We provide plug-ins for data collection and analysis for electron holography. Distortion analysis is also possible by acquiring dark-field holograms.
- HoloLive (Real-time Holography)
The HoloLive reconstructs the phase distribution from electron holograms in live (real-time). - qHolo (Quantitative Holography)
qHolo provides all the necessary tools to carry out quantitative analysis of electron holograms with the highest precision. In particular, the advanced alignment function makes it suitable for analyzing data from in situ experiment of electric and magnetic fields at medium resolution. - HoloDark (Dark-field Holography)
The HoloDark generates strain maps based on the GPA technique using the phase distribution obtained from dark-field electron hologram.
