EDTはElectron Diffraction Tomographyの略語です。 EDT / Collectは3D-EDT用のデータ収集プラグインで、電顕のビーム傾斜偏向系とゴニオメーターを制御することにより、逆格子空間をスキャンして、３次元回折データを取得します。
取得されたデータは、EDT / Process （AnaliteX、http://www.analitex.com/）によって処理可能です。
