Installation
	Installation is straightforward. Just copy the files to the following folders.
	Go to \Gatan\Plugins folder:  DeConvHAADF64.gtk, DeConvHAADF64.dll, DeConvBasicLib64.gtk
	Go to \Gatan\Help folder: DeConvHAADF3.3.pdf
	
[NOTE] These Gatan folders may be found at two places, namely in "Program files" and/or "ProgramData" 
of Windows 7.  Since the Program files folder is no longer accessible to regular users, Gatan 
recommends to use the latter ProgramData folder to install the plug-in and help files. 
	
[NOTE] IPU plug-in plug-in should be also installed to run this plug-in.
