Required Hardware/Software:
Gatan CCD camera, Gatan EM Control Plugin, Gatan HREM Plugin (Optional).

Description:
This plugin takes a series of through focus images on Gatan's CCD camera by changing defocus through EM Control plugin. Imaging conditions adjusted before launching this plugin will be used automatically. Other parameters for image acquisition conditions and setting for image archive will be changed by using a custom dialog.

Usage:
Copy the plugin into Plugins (Windows) or Packages (Mac), and then launch the DM again. A command for through focus image acquisition will be added to the Camera Menu.
Note: Use either HREM_TF_MSC (old type) or HREM_TF_CM (new type) plugin according to your camera control system.
